Hi Dennis,

I would like to thank you for teaching me how to communicate with my horse Gaiter. When I purchased Gaiter he was very green. He had no idea how to lunge, lead, trust, or respect humans.

I thought it would be a piece of cake and I could train Gaiter to do what I wanted in short order. The first thing I tried when Gaiter arrived was saddling him. As soon as I tried, he spooked. The saddle went one way and the horse went another. This was when I knew I needed help. I didn't want to send my horse away to a trainer. Learning how to train Gaiter and build a bond was my goal.

My prayers were answered when I saw your ad. I was so impressed by your knowledge and compassion for horses that I couldn't wait for my first lesson. It was a lot of work. However the more I did what you instructed the more my confidence built and the more Gaiter learned all the right things the right way. Your training techniques have provided me with the correct way to start and finish my spunky little mare, Misty. The ability to call you and your follow up calls to me were icing on the cake.

One of the most valuable things you taught me was once you teach your horse every thing he/she needs to know on the ground, saddling and riding is an easy transition. The other valuable lesson was establishing me as being the alpha leader of the heard. Once you have done this, your horse will respect you and look to you for leadership. This I have learned is the essential key in being a good horse communicator. Once again Dennis, thanks for helping me. Stay in touch.
