Dennis,
What a fun and educational experience it has been to work with you and to learn some of your methods for training horses. After coming to your place and spending time with you, my mare Shady and I have developed a greater degree of trust for each other which has allowed me to ask more of her and for her to freely respond.
I appreciate your support and patience and would recommend you to anyone who was looking for serious help or who just wanted to learn some fun things to do with their horses.
You are awesome thanks for everything!

PS-
Wanted to update you on Shady's progress with laying down . . . I had taken her to a friends covered arena and they wanted to see her lay down so I gave her the cue and the verbal command and pointed at the ground and down she went - easy as could be - I petted her - gave her a treat and climbed on - asked her to get up and up she came. Then she did it all again and let my friend climb on and then got up for her as well. SWEET!
Shady and Chance and I, and Rod, are going to Montana this Saturday to spend a week at a cattle guest ranch - learn to rope and rustle cattle. I'm really looking forward to this little vacation with my horses - maybe I'll wow everyone with Shady's lay down trick - thanks to you.
Hope all is well and thanks again.
Debbie
